MORGANTOWN — John Gutta Jr.’s wife and sons shared laughs and shed tears as they remembered the drive of the man who died Feb. 11.

“Drive,” is right, his three grown sons said.

The elder Gutta, an area businessman and long-haul trucker, was known for that 1976 Cadillac Eldorado (with the Texas-style cattle horns on the grill) that he would pilot in parades.

He often took his wife and sons with him as he hauled goods across the country.

Gutta’s funeral is Feb. 15.

If it doesn’t rain, a certain Cadillac will be part of the procession, the family said.
