MORGANTOWN — Two men were arrested for a burglary as police investigated several others, according to an arrest report.

The West Virginia State Police charged Joshua Joseph Bena, 22, and Robert Lee Conley II, 25, with burglary and conspiracy. They were arraigned in Monongalia County Magistrate Court on Oct. 9, with bail set at $15,000 each.

According to their criminal complaints: Troopers were investigating multiple burglaries and went to a Sierra Place residence.

They saw an open door, and it looked like a burglary occurred.

Police stopped a suspected vehicle, and Bena and Conley were inside. Police saw items taken from the Sierra Place home in plain view inside the vehicle.
